The customer service felt outdated and unwelcoming, almost like stepping back in time to 1980 Poland. While the rooms were clean, they also felt bare and lacked warmth. We weren’t provided with extra towels for the pool, and the “hot ” tubs were disappointingly cold. On the positive side, the location is great and just a short walk to the beach, and the breakfasts at the restaurant were absolutely fantastic.
