The whole booking process was great from start to finish. Andrea's and Maria answered everything needed. We arrived late at night to a very clean apartment with water, soft drinks and ice supplied which was very welcome. Next morning we could see the true beauty of the place with a wonderful sea and garden view. The gardens are as well kept as everyone says, with a choice of sunbeds in various areas. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the world pass by whilst listening to the waves. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. To catch the sunset we walked a little way outside the grounds towards the shipwreck and it was amazing. We stayed for an exceptional week and are looking to go back again next year. I'd also mention the nearby Melania restaurant if you want good food a little walk away. You couldn't wish for a nicer place for a getaway. Again many thanks to Andreas for looking after us.

Rodadafni studios
We had a great stay at Rodadafni studio. Andreas & Maria were extremely helpful arranging car hire & airport transfers for us. The position on the Paphos coastline was perfect for promenade walks and swimming on a small beach right outside the studios. We were fortunate with the daytime sunny February days- but cold at night. Would definitely come back to Rodadafni in the future.

Beautiful sea view
Very nice stay with a beautiful view to the sea. Apartments were very comfortable, we had everything what we needed during our stay. Only noise insulation was not very good - it is not a problem when your neighbours are quiet (but if there are small kids around it could be quite annoying)

Apartments were clean and tidy inside and out. TV only had non English speaking channels, not that we would of watched TV while on holiday so no big issue really. Patio area was nice with an amazing view of the bay. Kitchen was well equipped and was in good order. The pool was a decent size with a baby pool along side, again the area was in very good order. More that enough sun loungers for everyone, I little worn but more than adequate. Hotel managers were very helpful and very good hosts. They were always about speaking with guests. The area were the hotel is a 15 min bus ride (bus 615) to the harbour. The area around the hotel is dead to be fair. While in the middle of two large resorts, you really have to travel 15 mins either to Corel bay or The harbour for the shops, bars, restaurants. If you want a quite holiday this location would be great. It would still be great if you wanted a more lively holiday as the bus journey is cheap and quick to the livelier parts of Paphos. Would I stay here again, the answer is yes.

We absolutely loved the apartment. the small beach in front of apartment is super-nice and the kids enjoyed the pool. the host was extremely kind and responsive. it is unique place by the sea with great garden.

The front line to the seaside, the view from the balcony is stunning! The check in was late so the key was found right in the lock of the room that was extremely convenient! The room is nice, furniture is good, kitchenette is good, mattress is good only the bed linen and towels need to be renewed and the cover and the blanket is full of stains ((((

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel. Very clean, wonderful apartment, well equipped. The washing machine is one for everyone, but it is located in the building and it is free. Beautiful garden, very clean. Clean, warm pool. Special thanks to the host, very friendly and sociable.

The accommodation is really good you have a nice clean pool and lovely gardens and over a path is access to the sea. We had a studio apartment which is small but plenty big enough for two people. The only downside is the location there are very few restaurants within walking distance so if you want to eat out and not cook for yourself then you need to get the bus into Paphos. But the owners are more than helpful giving you directions, for the bus or calling a taxi for you

Excellent, in fact amazing location. Great view from the apartment. The staff were excellent especially Andreas, the owner/manager. The apartment was advertised to sleep 6, however the pull out sofa was uncomfortable and would have struggled to sleep two adults. While wifi is available in the apartment it could be slow and the provider (not the fault of the apartments) could be unreliable. Wifi is good enough for private use but not for business. All in all these apartments are highly to be recommended, only a 5-10 minute drive to city centre and with great grounds with pool and a quiet, accessible cove for swimming in the ocean, and all this for a reasonable rate.

Amazing hidden gem directly on the coast. Pool area and view of the sea are perfect for a relaxing holiday. Small cove to swim in directly outside the property. Local owners Andreas and Maria were really welcoming and helpful with suggestions.

Family vacation at rododafni apartments
The place is located only 20 meters from a very nice lagoon. The swimming pool is nice and not crowded. Andreas and the staff made our stay pleasant and fun.

I like everything about the resort. The owner was very friendly, kind, helped you with anything. The view was perfect, the pools were clean. The owner everyday worked very hard ever morning to maintain the property. The internet wasn't very strong but worked better during the day

The gardens are amazing but the property was a bit ‘tired’ & could do with a little re-decorating. There was also a damp smell in some of the kitchen & bedroom cupboards.

Excellent location right on sea front. Personable owners making sure guests feel comfortable. We were self catering and the kitchenette was well equipped except for the cooker which was very basic. We would happily recommend this place.

The worst thing about this place is their brochure! I loved this place. It's right next to the sea. The snorkelling is very good. The garden is beautiful and easily the best looking part of this stretch of coast. It is so peaceful here in late April and the spring flowers are everywhere. The apartment has everything you need, it could do with a bit of updating, but I would pick this over the 5 star hotel next door every time.

From the moment we arrived Andreas and Maria made us feel really welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. This place is an absolute gem. We don't do "package tour " hotels and always try to find smaller, friendlier places. This certainly is. The sea views are gorgeous and the apartments are set in beautiful gardens which are immaculately kept. Very convenient with a fabulous coastal walking path at the door. We had a studio which was clean and had everything required. We couldn't fault it and will certainly return. Andreas and Maria recommended very good places to eat and there are lots of things within walking distance. We hired a car ( booked through Andreas) and had a wonderful holiday getting out and about in the "real" Cyprus and seeing places off the beaten track. Being March a lot of things were yet to open and the weather wasn't the best but this was one of the best holidays that we have had, we loved it. Thank you Andreas and Maria

Pros: Very friendly, small complex with nice pool and spacious well-kept gardens that are perfect for sunbathing. Plenty of sunbeds with space around them plus established trees for shade if you prefer. Good sized fridge-freezer and small two-ringed cooker with small oven. Communal washing machine available. Gardens open out onto coastal path and small rocky bay where you can swim in the sea or go snorkelling. Bus stop at top of hill (5minutes walk) with frequent buses to Paphos town or Coral Bay. Each flat has its own solar water tank, so plenty of hot water for showers etc. Cons: Furniture and fittings were a bit tired. Bay shared with neighbouring complex and large 5-star hotel, so pretty busy. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed it for a relaxing holiday and would definitely stay here again.

Good directions, so easy to find in the dark. Key left in door, with note on reception. Very nice views and convenient for coast path. Not very near any shops or restaurants without having to drive.

Peaceful relaxing stay.
The perfect place for us to stay: a quiet, well maintained site, plenty of space for everyone, but small enough to retain the personal touch. There's even a tiny beach right on the doorstep. If you want all the facilities of a five star hotel or a massive apartment complex, these apartments are not for you, but for a peaceful relaxing stay in comfortable and attractive surroundings - and at a bargain price as well - then Rododafni Apartments cannot be beaten. We were sorry to leave.

Best sea view in Paphos!
Simple but stunning apartment with a wonderfully chilled vibe, direct access to the sea & coast path to Paphos, friendly owners on site, lovely quiet& secluded area, parking on site, bus near by, 30 mins walk (or easy bus) to Lidl! Overall, it's otally gorgeous!

excellent location and apartment at rododafni apt.
absolutely amazing setting, in fact people were coming from a 5 star hotel nearby to use the cove in front of apartments, The apartment itself was clean and had every item required to use during our stay, location was very good as we had a car and it had a good size parking area, being the end of February a lot of places were closed but there is a very friendly man named micheal who runs the nearby dimma bar and stays open till early hours and will also cook food if required to. Our own proprietor Andreos was also very friendly and if anything was required was very willing to help at any time. I have travelled quite extensively and have never come across such a nice setting and a so well equipped apartment as these. will definitely return again.

Pleasant apartment hotel with sea view
Nice and clean in convenient location and feels pleasantly sized compared to some of the massive developments nearly. Beautiful garden and nice pool which we didn’t use because it was still cold. Most restaurants and shops nearby were closed for winter but our host pointed us to a nice local restaurant.

Great value for money
We had a really relaxing time at Rodadafni. The view from the balcony was amazing and we managed to sit out at night 5 out of 7 nights even though it was mid November. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything you needed though it was a bit tired looking and dated The gardens and pool area were beautifully kept and Andreas worked hard to maintain this and was always available offering help and advise on the local area. We had a car which was great for visiting all the local attractions. The walk along the sea front into Paphos was easy taking about 1 hour 15 mins (longer if you stop for a beer). A taxi back is about 10 Euros but you can take the 615 bus that runs frequently. I highly recommend Rodadafni and it is excellent value for money.

Great apartment
We had a lovely week long stay at Rododafni. Check in and check out was easy, the owners are extremely friendly and chatty, and the apartment itself is a good size with everything you need, and even cleaned for you every few days. The pool and garden area is great, perfect for relaxing in the sun. Overall we had a really good experience staying here, and would happily recommend it to others.

Fantastic location in beautiful gardens
We have stayed at Rododafni on 5 separate occasions going all of the way back to 2002 and keep going back. It's in a great location with beautiful gardens. The hotel accommodation is basic but clean and comfortable. The decor is starting to feel a little dated now and the cookers in particular could do with updating. We have always hired a car and there are numerous excellent restaurants, taverns and bars and a supermarket all within a few minutes drive. It's a peaceful spot and perfect if you want to wind down although the WiFi is infuriatingly unreliable.

Great apartments right on the beach
Just returned from a great week staying at Rododanfi apartments. Apartments have everything you could need for a holiday. Great pool, lovely gardens and right on the beach. Lovely and clean and the owners are on site each day and are very helpful. Good value for money and would definitely recommend, although your own transport is advised.

Fabulous self catering apartment on the beach
What a fabulous find. Set right on the sea front with a beautiful garden where you can relax in the sun or have a swim in the pool or the sea. Family run Andreas was so very welcoming and treated us like old friends. Our check out was at 11am but Andreas told us to take the towels from the room and use all the facilities until it was time for us to leave. He even told us to put our drinks in his fridge to keep cool throughout the day! We did not leave to get our flight until 5pm. We spent the day sunbathing and swimming. Finishing off with a shower in the garden.

The Rododafni experience was a delight. These apartments are spacious with everything you need, large balconies steps from the med framed by tall waving palm trees. A swimming pool and splash pool with sunbeds. Yet it is peaceful, secure and private. Andreas and his brother are there if you need them, always friendly and happy, but you have your own space to do your own thing. A car would give you more scope, but buses run into paphos harbour or along to Coral Bay every fifteen minutes, the stop is just a five min walk from the hotel. The rooms all look out to sea, the bedroom has a wall of cupboard space, a fully fitted kitchen, a large tv in the lounge with international programmes, table and chairs on the balcony and a clothes airer, domestically very comfortable and convenient. To sleep with the windows open, listening to the sea, it is peaceful enough that is all you hear, and feel safe. Do this, and enjoy!

A 16 hours reception service , a 24 hours on call , a 24 hours easy communication by email or phone call , is not enough for you to put your request ..... ??? Very nice apartment with lovely sea views
Lovely apartments in 2 blocks all with sea views and overlooking the beautifully kept gardens and very inviting pool - although being February we were not brave enough to try it out! The apartments are in a quite area but that suited us perfectly and there is a large hotel near by, literally 5 minutes walk, with bars etc open to non residents. Self catering is made easy as everything is supplied in the well proportioned apartments featuring comfortable furnishings and a large balcony. A nice relaxing place to be, a perfect tonic away from an English Winter.

Ideal sunshine getaway
Apartment was very well equipped, including iron/ board, hairdryer & all kitchen facilities. There was even a communal washing machine. Set in a lovely garden and right on the sea, it was peaceful & friendly.I would certainly return.
