Located in a small village above Klausen, Apartments Marialisa offer stunning mountain views, letting you enjoy your holiday in peace. The 50 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies with beautiful, unobstructed mountain views. Situated on the top floor, it faces south and west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.
A shared outdoor area invites you to relax with a heated whirlpool (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, lounge, barbecue, outdoor shower, and a quiet zone.
The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Three restaurants and a pizzeria are just a two-minute walk away. The property is in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Val Gardena and Val di Funes, close to the Dolomites.
Your dog is welcome. A ski storage room is available, as well as a storage area for motorcycles and bicycles.
The South Tyrol Guest Card is included, giving you access to public transport, guided hikes, swimming pools, and more.
