The 50 m² apartment features a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom, and two covered panoramic balconies with unobstructed, beautiful mountain views. Situated on the top floor, it faces south and west. Additional amenities include a free covered parking space, high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), heating, satellite and cable TV, as well as various books and information brochures.
A shared outdoor area invites you to relax with a heated whirlpool (open May to end of October), sun loungers, garden, terrace, table tennis, foosball, lounge area, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The apartment is in the center of the small village of Gufidaun, in the heart of South Tyrol. Restaurants, a pizzeria, and a supermarket are just a two-minute walk away. The property is located in the Eisack Valley, on a small hill between the popular towns of Bolzano and Brixen, at the entrance to the Gröden and Villnöss valleys, and close to the Dolomites.
Your dog is welcome. A ski storage room is available, as well as storage for motorcycles and bicycles.
