Excellent

Me and my girlfriend just returned from staying here for the week and we had a wonderful time here. It was very clean and the staff were very attentive if we needed anything. We will definitely be returning

Absolutely excellent in all respects. Helpful staff, good breakfast, clean room, great location for shops and restaurants.

Fantastic hotel, very well located with amazing staff. The rooms were very nice and the restaurant and bar was amazing and very cheap because of the conversation rate. Highly recommended.

I travel a lot ( moldova was my 30. country ) . Honestly I can say that Dmitrii is the best hotel staff ı ve ever seen. I f u have a problem just tell him n be sure it ll be solve :) . well hotel is new , quiet , clean and have a good breakfast. İts location is a vey good so u can go every where by walking.

Went for a wedding - needed lots of help with language and places to find things. The staff were very helpful and accommodating to a large group.

Fabulous hotel, great room - spacious and clean, helpful and friendly staff on reception, lovely breakfast. Excellent location right by Cathedral Square. Great coffee shop, restaurants and supermarket very close by. Recommend :)

Extremely pleasant experience!!! Thanks everyone who contributes to keep up the standard!

Well situated hotel with polite and attentive staff ...

The management of the hotel were amazing and everyone polite and friendly. Only there 2 days but recommend it is worth a visit.

Amazing stay. Really large and comfortable beds. Lovely staff. And a great rooftop bar!

This hotel is quirky with a style of its own, was well placed with walking distance of the London steak house, also across the road from a coffee and cake shop English was limited but not impossible to communicate. Breakfast served between 7-10.00 am I would say continental mostly with limited hot food, for example scrambled egg and sausage. Tea and coffee available also in the room Water day 1 then purchase your own The property was undergoing maintenance throughout my stay, I wasn’t informed...

Room was very clean and extremely spacious. Wifi worked well. Breakfast had lots of vegetable options which I enjoyed. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly in sorting out a taxi transfer for me as my flight landed after the buses stopped running.

I don't normally write reviews. But in this instance I felt there need to. Excellent facilities and the most helpful and friendly staff I have encountered in any hotel. Good location also.

Great property in a quiet location not far from shops and restaurants. Warm welcomed and looked after by reception. Arrived early and bags were looked after until rooms were ready. Very large twin room - with large double bed and double sofa bed, large fridge freezer, a safe, and air con 👍. They even organised a ride to the airport. I have no hesitation in recommending this place for any reason to stay.
