We arrived quite early in the morning and, thanks to the hotel staff, we were able to take a warm shower and get ready for our day. The hotel is top notch, super clean and the staff was extremely helpful.

The location is the best . Very central location , not far from all the tourist attractions. Service level is quite low , many staffs are in the lobby , almost no one says hi or helps you to go through the heavy door . The guest lift is very problematic. You need to wait for a couple minutes , especially during rush hours . The room is very basic , similar to European business 4 star hotel . The fitness Centre is pretty small , no swimming pool , you need to pay extra to use the sauna .

Perfect hotel in central location

Every time I visit Chisinau I stay in this hotel. Perfectly located in the city centre, great restaurant on site that serves fantastic food. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms and service are also perfect.

Wonderful

This a a great hotel with one of the best location. The check in staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the restaurants, specially at the breakfast restaurant.

The staff couldn’t have been friendlier and the location could not have been more central/safe. I arrived at around 10pm and took a small walk and there was absolute safety. The services including at breakfast, airport transfer, and money exchange were wonderful! In a pinch you can order food using Glovo and also walk to get food from restaurants or convenience stores. There are restaurants on the property as well as the rooftop bar that has a great view and turns into a club type atmosphere at night although it’s not in any way disturbing to you while in your room. The cleaning staff was excellent. I will definitely stay here without hesitation next time I come to town. I’ve been now to 61 countries and don’t give out good reviews lightly but they more than earned it!

Perfect City Hotel for a couple

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Rooms are modern but quite small for a longer stay, especially with kids. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the restaurant in the hotel. Gym ist well equipped. Spa is small but nice and costs 12 euros extra.
