Every time I visit Chisinau I stay in this hotel. Perfectly located in the city centre, great restaurant on site that serves fantastic food. Breakfast is amazing. Rooms and service are also perfect.

Perfect City Hotel for a couple

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Rooms are modern but quite small for a longer stay, especially with kids. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the restaurant in the hotel. Gym ist well equipped. Spa is small but nice and costs 12 euros extra.

Great hotel graet location

It was great, a great hotel lots of amenities in the center. You dont need to go out from the hotel The only thing was the daily cleaning, the room is very clean but the daily routine was a bit off. Not puting new towels or cleaning the cup of coffee.

This a a great hotel with one of the best location. The check in staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and quiet. The only thing that needs improvement is the service at the restaurants, specially at the breakfast restaurant.

As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.

We stayed at Radisson Leogrand for 4 nights while exploring Chisinau and some of the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very thoughtful and accommodating to every need. Prior to arrival the concierge service was able to arrange a pick up at the airport. Upon arrival we met Anna and Nicoleta at the reception who were quick to arrange our room and answer the many questions we had about the hotel and the area. Shortly after settling in our very spacious and comfortable room, Anna called to ensure we were happy with everything in the room. Anna and Nicoleta even checked in daily as we passed through the lobby. The onsite restaurant called New York also had great food and drinks and staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sudman who worked the bar. Zaxi is a restaurant and lounge on the roof top which is high end. My only criticism there is that there is a lot of cigarette smoke. The quality of food in restaurants and room service was healthy and delicious. The location is perfect for walking to all of the sights around the city. There are also several dining options and even a supermarket near by. Overall a nice high end hotel with friendly and attentive staff. When in Chisinau, I'd highly consider this hotel.

Best getaway hotel in Moldova!

Excellent service ! The restaurant bar New York in the lobby. A representative called Berat did help me get gluten free food at their restaurant and that was amazing. Room was clean and big with awesome snacks. I also appreciate that the spa was open until late so I could use it directly

Great location, well appointed room. Very comfortable bed. Shower was not very hot, despite running water for a long time. We had some issues with F&B service, but Stefan and Felicia resolved everything perfectly! Breakfast service impeccable! True 5 star experience overall.

The property didn’t live up to its 4 stars. The breakfast buffet was great! Otherwise, disappointed with our choice. We’d had high hopes for the spa area but the hot tub, steamroom and sauna didn’t heat up properly and half the tub jets didn’t work. Too much noise in room from weddings, parties and concerts outside even with windows and curtains closed.
