"The property was clean and just as described. We have no complaints other than the wall between us and next door neighbor was thin. We had teenagers with us and felt very restricted it was hard to relax. We got there late because we had a 4 hour drive, getting there before midnight. We were unloading and trying to get settled in with excited teenagers. The neighbor knocked on the wall immediately. It wasn’t even midnight yet. We were just talking in the living room. Voices echoed due to concrete floor. But when the neighbors got up in the morning, they were extremely loud and slamming doors. Didn’t bother me because I was already up. Just thought it was hypocritical. Other than that, it was great. Oh and there was no creamer for coffee. Had to use kerig due to bagged coffee was opened and dry. Sugar was also an open bag. Nothing else was available. Some bottled water, adequate coffee supplies and snacks other than 3 fig newtons and 1 pop tart. Communication with owner was prompt and informative. Home/duplex was very clean. Will not stay in another duplex again due to neighbors. It is in an older neighborhood and definitely the nicest house in the area. Location was great for us being so close to University. That’s why we picked it."

"Comfortable roomy home that's tastefully decorated. The home had everything that we needed during our stay. Melissa and Jim are great hosts that promptly attended to our needs. All of our family members (adults & kids) thanked us for getting such a nice place for our annual family R&R getaway. Thank you for sharing your home with us."

"We had some cleaning issues upon arrival. However, the owners came over right away and took care of what the cleaning service had missed. Also, the owners were very nice and had some local recommendations for us. The location was good, a bit out of the way yet close to everything you need, and just around the corner from the marina."

"The house is lovely. The neighborhood is quiet. All amenities met our expectations. The house was kept cool so we were immediately comfortable when we arrived and during our entire stay. Although we did not need assistance, there was no doubt if we needed help with anything at the house our request would have been answered immediately. I would recommend the Ginger House to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay in Belton, TX."

"Everything was so nice, beautiful, and thoughtfully set up. There were refreshments in the fridge, coffee, and fans to make sure you were cool enough. We felt very comfortable. The only negatives were the pillows were a bit flat for our taste, and there was some creature leaving poop frequently on the sidewalk…. So had to watch our step. There was also a used tissue on the steps and full overflowing trash cans out front when we arrived. Very clean otherwise, and quiet neighborhood location."

"Where to start!? Impeccable and inviting. From the countertop treats upon arrival to the myriad of coffee choices each morning, every day brought comfort to three aging sisters meeting for biannual ‘sister-time.’ Highly recommend this clean, comfortable and cozy getaway. "
