The service provided by the hotel was very good, the only downside was that there’s no microwave on the property and food got cold quickly due to the weather. The staff were always welcoming and assisted with making our stay a great one! The daily breakfast was lovely, wish they were more vegetarian and fish options. All in all, lovely hotel!

Room was with terrible humidity staff lazy especially at front desk and they claimed they honor VIP access but after consumption in their restaurant they fully charged me claiming very poor arguments just to get the full amount and finally when leaving I ask for the shuttle service they claim they have with charge well is all fake no shuttle I booked the service for 11:00 am the night before and the taxi they got me arrived at 11:30am wich made my trip to the Airport anxious and in a bad mood... So I would really 👎 not use this facility again and I would recommend to lower their punctuation so that future travelers don't have the bad experience...
