This duplex apartment is laid out across the first and second floor of a beautiful Grade II listed building dating back to the 18th century. Many of the charming period features have been retained with exposed wooden beams, high ceilings and stunning sash windows throughout. The spacious sitting room boasts ample seating areas with sumptuous sofas and pretty window seats, ideal for relaxing after a long day exploring the diverse array of attractions across the Cotswolds. On warmer days, the private patio makes for a lovely spot to soak up the sunshine. Furnished in a contemporary yet comfortable style, The Haven is perfect to share with family or friends, living up to its name, providing a true haven in bustling Chipping Norton! Accommodation This two bedroom holiday home in Chipping Norton is ideally suited for a family break or get together wth friends to explore the many charms of the North Cotswolds. The accommodation is laid out as follows: First Floor The Haven is accessed via an external staircase Sitting room Two three-seater sofas, large sash windows with window seats, Smart TV with apps (account holders only) and bookcase with selection of books Kitchen/dining room Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, washing machine, dining table seating four and door leading to terrace Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) King size bed (can be two 75cm wide single beds on request) Cloakroom Loo and basin Second Floor Master bedroom (Sleeps 2) Super king size bed (can be two single beds on request), chest of drawers, two chairs and mirror Family bathroom Bath with handheld shower attachment, walk-in rain shower, loo, basin and heated towel rail Outside Roof terrace with bistro table seating four The Finer Details... The maximum occupancy for this property is 4 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 1 additional infant (aged 2 or under) Please note the Chipping Norton Mop Fair takes place on the high street outside the property over the 3rd week of September.
