It is completely new, newly renovated in January 2015 with a very well-maintained decoration and with current touches, all in detail as the photos show. The apartment is located in a two-story building, occupies the ground floor, has a very cozy interior light patio for reading and relaxing. It has a large bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The mattresses are very comfortable and comfortable. To live as a Chipionaire. It has exclusive ADSL-WIFI internet for the apartment. All expenses are included, including sheets and towels. The brand new kitchen is very complete with all the necessary utensils. Since the apartment is in the historic center you can reach on foot any place, shops, cafes, banks, City Hall, Tourist Office (on the same street), supermarkets, bars, restaurants and the Municipal Market where you can purchase all products of our land, fish, seafood, meat, very varied fruit and plants. It is also one step away from the beaches. Sie ist toll im Zentrum von Chipiona gelegen. Alle Restaurants, Eisdielen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist sehr nah und wunderschön. Pedro et Maribel nous ont accueilli chaleureusement dans l' appartement qui est bien décoré, très propre spacieux ou il ne manque rien.Nous avons apprécié de vivre au centre de Chipiona pour son animation quotidienne et le climat très doux même chaud à cette saison. Debo reconocer que el anuncio del apartamento en internet se queda corto, en cuanto a las magníficas instalaciones del partamento, distribución y ubicación (pleno centro de Chipiona). Limpieza absoluta y en muy buen estado (todo prácticamente nuevo). La atención por parte de sus propietarios Maribel y Pedro, fue perfecta y amabilísimos. Sin ninguna duda, apartamento a recomendar. A muy pocos metros del apartamento, se encuentran los sitios más importantes de tapas y restauración de Chipiona : Bodega El Castillito. Bar Paco, Franchi, El Jabuguito.....etc...etc. TAmbién muy cerca se encuentra Costa Ballena (magnífica playa y lago). San Lucar de Barrameda, Rota.... En fin, pasamos 15 días de maravilla y con muchas ganas de volver a Chipiona y al apartamente Casa Charo. ##### Carlos M. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, sogar Wäscheklammern waren vorhanden! Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Es stand auch ein kleiner Ofen zur Verfügung (im April mit Regen war es frisch). Der Strand ist rasch zu Fuss erreichbar, ebenso Läden zum Einkaufen. Und die Donana ist auch nicht weit. Wir wurden von Pedro sehr gut betreut. Und bedanken uns herzlich bei ihm. ##### Brigitte K. Aunque mi espanol es muy mal el propietario era muy amable y paciente. Ofreció un precio bajo por un apartamento situado en planta baja con dos dormitorios, una cocina nueva, un patio y un garaje - en una palabra una joya. No necesito subrayar que el apartamento era totalmente limpio. Si quieres beber el fino o manzanilla lo puedes hacer en muchos sitios cerca de la casa, y tambien el apartamento es el punto de salir a muchas excursiones en la region, por ejemplo a Jerez, San Lucar de Barrameda, Cadiz o Sevilla. ##### Peter Karl F. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### ROCIO G. 17 May 2015 #### UNA MUY BUENA ELECCIÓN He estado de vacaciones en Casa Charo durante las dos últimas semanas de abril, con mi pareja y mis padres, y la estancia allí ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento está recientemente renovado, muy limpio, todos los muebles son nuevos, y por la distribución hay mucha independencia entre las dos habitaciones y "no te estorbas". Hay espacio suficiente para convivir 4 personas cómodamente. DORMITORIOS: Colchones nuevos, muy cómodos. Ropa de cama nueva, limpísima y agradable. BAÑO: Ducha amplia, el agua sale con presión y la temperatura del agua se regula sin problemas. COCINA: todo nuevo, menaje suficiente. SALA: Amplia, sofás cómodos, acogedora. Tiene un cuartito aparte con la lavadora y para utilizar de despensa, que viene muy bien. GENERAL: el wifi funciona perfectamente, buena cantidad de enchufes por toda la casa, los propietarios tuvieron el detalle de dejar rollos de papel higiénico y jabón de manos en el baño; y papel de cocina (cuando llegas el primer día, sin nada, se agradece). LO MEJOR: la situación. Muy muy céntrica, con la playa cerca, y la zona de compras y bares al ladito, pero sin tener jaleo de noche. PROPIETARIOS: Muy amables y en todo momento dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema que pudiera surgir. Nos dejaron información turística con consejos de sitios a los que ir en el pueblo, que nos vinieron muy bien. ALGO NEGATIVO: Si tuviera que decir algo... pondría más luz en el baño (pero esto es porque me gusta maquillarme con mucha luz). EN GENERAL: Volvería sin dudarlo. ##### ROCIO G. ---
