Don’t stay here
Hotel room was deplorable. The bathroom room was disgusting ( bathroom pipes were molded with green) the vanity mirror was so old and gloomy, and the tile on the floor was all broken. The walls in the room had holes. And we had ants and lizards on our floor. It was the worst experience ever had at a hotel.

This property was ideal as it was within walking distance to Chios Town, however provided it’s own facilities such as a pool, breakfast daily, a bar, and friendly staff available as required. The room we had was comfortable and spacious. The walking track to the town was great and allowed us to walk along the coastline.

The hotel has a variety of rooms, and has multiple buidlings, they are all very nice, however something to be aware of is there is a mother cat with kittens on the property and she is aggressive. We were just walking by and i heard growling and hissing and we were at least a good 8 feet away. The pool is very nice as well, very deep on the deep end, perhaps 15 feet.

Good location, walking distance to port and city center, friendly staff, but room very outdated, need serious update. Nothing like the pictures you see on Expedia. I think the pictures you see when booking are from the main building. But the property has several small buildings around the the main building. we stayed in the "Villa Palace" in the rear, by the parking lot. Even the blankets are very old.

Great location if you have a car. Restaurant is not good at all. Ordered 3 things and got totally different 3 things, its like the substitute without asking you depending on what they have and dont have.

Overall stay was good. Friendly staff, good service, and a good selection for breakfast (cooked and continental). What lets the hotel down is the tired rooms and bathroom towels. In need of replacement.

excellent service very convenient location to town free parking avoids the parking issues of town 12 minute walk to center along the harbor ensure that you request room with a view there are some rooms at the back that do not have views and look out over the parking lot

Wonderful stay
The rooms are spacious and very clean. Great view of the sea. One of the best breakfasts I’ve had! Hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. Also close to the airport and the town center is walkable. And free parking is easy and plentiful. Would stay here again if I return to Chios!

For the area I think it was one of the better hotels but we found the staff to not be very helpful or accommodating. For instance when you have to ask where the room is and pool and no one tells you that you have to grab towels from reception or talks about what time breakfast is.. it just seemed like a bother for the lady at the front desk anytime we asked anything.

Nice hotel, all expected services and comforts, stayed in the new building which is decorated with traditional techniques and has some character. Nice restaurant and excellent breakfast. Overall very good value. One complaint: shower stall too small. Very convenient location for access to airport or to town, but not otherwise picturesque or pretty.

Great hotel, excellent service and breakfast. The room had a nice balcony and a view of the sea. Two things that were not so great: the "double" room had separate twin beds that were technically pushed together, but the bed frames were wide, so there was a 6-inch gap between the beds. Basically, it feels like sleeping in 2 separate beds. Also, the ball joint that was supposed to hold the showerhead was broken, so it wasn't possible to take what I'd consider a "regular' shower -- I had to hold the showerhead in my hand the whole time. Other than those two things, this facility is absolutely lovely and I would recommend it if they would fix the shower!

Well appointed hotel a bit far by foot from town.
Comfortable, immaculately clean room, good bathroom with bath and shower. Excellent breakfast. Very good freshwater swimming pool. Very helpful staff. Downside - a hot 15 minute walk to town & tavernas. Twin beds brought together are never the same as a double. But quite good value for money.

Excellent hotel, situated within walking distance to the town and really close to a beach. Great breakfast service, nice pool and all round excellent service. The only issue I had was with the one particular room was NOISE (this is not a problem for other rooms). The room had a fantastic sea view but was facing a busy main road. Even though the room had good sound proofing traffic noise could still be heard, especially from two wheelers with broken exhausts. In addition, the hotel would use the main entrance situated in front of the room for off loading goods at 4am.
