The holiday village is located in Sottomarina and borders directly on the famous historic town of Chioggia (also known as “Little Venice”). The holiday village features bungalows, mobile homes, and camping sites. In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s paddling pool. Playgrounds, entertainment, and a mini-club are also part of the offerings. The resort borders directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, making swimming in the pool and the sea a varied and enjoyable experience. Dogs are not permitted anywhere in the resort. Among other amenities, the resort features a supermarket with fresh fruits and vegetables, a restaurant-pizzeria, a snack bar, a kiosk, and a general store—all the conveniences for a perfect family holiday.
The Eco holiday apartment accommodates up to 4 people. It consists of one bedroom with a double bed. The living area features either a sofa bed for two people or a bunk bed for two people. The kitchen is integrated into the living area and well-equipped with pans, dishes, silverware, a stove, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The living area also features a satellite TV and air conditioning. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, and sink. The apartment has a balcony. Travel time from the Italian border is approximately 3 hours. If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same style.
ARRIVAL DATE + LENGTH OF STAY
Please refer to the calendar for the arrival and departure dates as well as the minimum length of stay during your desired season. Note: If, for any reason, you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival date, check-in on the following day is of course possible (please notify us before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart early; in this case, departure on the previous day is also possible. However, the rental period and price specified at the time of booking remain unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday village is located directly on a beautiful, gently sloping sandy beach and is also very well suited for families with small children. Recreational activities such as water aerobics, stretching exercises, and many other activities are offered. The beautiful and large playground is right next to the beach.

POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children’s paddling pool with a small slide.

FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The resort is designed for families with children. A daily entertainment programme for both younger (mini-club) and older children is available to holidaymakers. While games and sports activities (e.g., mini-volleyball, football, etc.) are the focus for older children, parents of young children can take advantage of a mini-club for their little ones. Evening entertainment and activity programmes are also available. Of course, playgrounds, an arcade, and a children’s paddling pool are also part of the offerings.

TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Sottomarina is a suburb of Chioggia on the beautiful Adriatic coast. It’s popular not only with young people—who come to Sottomarina from all over the Veneto region, especially on summer weekends—but also with families, since children can find everything they need here. Behind the wide, 6-kilometer-long sandy beach runs the beautiful waterfront promenade. The southern part of Sottomarina is entirely dedicated to tourism, while the northern part—the historic centre of Sottomarina—resembles Chioggia more closely. In the evening, the town invites you to take a stroll or relax in one of the many restaurants. Sottomarina is also the ideal starting point for numerous excursions to nearby and more distant destinations. In no time at all, you can reach famous art cities like Venice or Padua. Or visit the picturesque fishing town of Chioggia, easily accessible via an 800-meter-long bridge. It’s not for nothing that it’s also called “Little Venice.” The palaces and canals, with their many bridges, are reminiscent of Venice. Yet the pace of life in Chioggia is much more leisurely. Every Thursday, Chioggia hosts a weekly market that’s one of the largest in the entire region. The botanical garden in the idyllic fishing village of Porto Caleri at the tip of the peninsula is also well worth a visit. If you’re looking for a day full of fun, we recommend a day trip to the Mirabilandia/Mirabeach amusement and water park (similar to Europapark plus water park fun!!!) in Ravenna.
