I was a little bit wary staying on an island rather than in the heart of Venice but the apartment was lovely and easily accessible by water bus. It was well appointed and the staff were really helpful during our stay. It would have been useful to know about the 30 Euro end of stay cleaning charge on Expedia.

Perfect spot overlooking the lagoon, with views of Venice and Burano from the balcony. Staff really helpful with the desk manned the majority of the time even though its a small property. Murano is busy by day quiet by night with most things closed by 19:00. There is a 24 hour ferry to the main Venice island from the Navagero stop which is 1 minute walk from the property.

Lovely properly excellent communication with Riccardo regarding instructions prior to arrival, was on hand to greet us upon arrival, lovely welcome tray on arrival , room was clean and spacious , convinient for Vaporetto stops and walking into St Marks Square , would recommend thank you Riccardo

I didn't stay here as the flood but hotel is very nice to refund money to me. Much appreciated and will go back to stay at this place next time. Thanks so much again.

Staff were very warm and welcoming, provided us with lots of useful information including restaurant recommendations based on what we were looking for. Breakfast was good, room was lovely! Only negative about our stay was a very noisy bar close to the hotel, music was very loud until around 11pm - this is no criticism of the hotel itself and noise was manageable with earplugs despite me being a very light sleeper. Location is perfect and we would stay here again

The room was perfect. A very comfy bed and lovely amenities. In a great location too. Noel was so helpful.

We had a lovely stay and the location is ideal very close to to the Rialto market. Maurizio was extremely helpful and the roof terrace was a great place to escape the hustle and bustle.

Nice hotel, newly renovated and clean. There is no reception but staff are on hand via Whatsapp. Cleaner lady was very nice and helpful. Good room although air con didn't work. That was OK for our trip March/April time but in summer would be tough without it. Area around hotel is very good and quieter than other parts of Venice.

This was the perfect apartment, on a quiet street and very convenient for the Arsenale and Giardini

Brilliant. We had a wonderful 3 days in Venice end of November 2017 staying in a fabulous Al bailo de Venezia apartments. We were impressed with the initial info provided on email regarding how to get to the apartments and details of reception opening times etc and availability of luggage drop off (as this is not a hotel - its serviced apartments). The apartment we stayed in was fabulous, large, elegant, spotlessly clean. Complimentary tea/coffee/milk portions/jam/nutella/biscuits in the...

C’à Patron is in a great location for those wanting a quiet retreat from the crowds - only a 7 minute walk from the water bus (FN) - but it took only 18 minutes to walk to St. Mark’s Square and the Doge’s Palace. The room was comfortable and charming, the owner who greeted us was equally as charming! A true find, we will return that’s for sure!

Wonderful stay. Friendly staff. Hope to return !

Great apartment, very clean and well maintained, Would stay again.. recommended

It was very good

Hotel was in a nice quiet area but bars/restaurants in close proximity, historic landmarks nearby. Excellent communication before arrival, and the room was of good size with ensuite facilities, would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. Loved the breakfast basket every morning, really started the day well. Excellent location - not overly crowded with tourists (yes, I know...). Shower could have been better - it was hand-held only which was a shame. Great service though, and would totally stay again. Air con was nice and effective even in high temps.
