"The hotel is in a central, safe and convenient location; also very close to public transit. The staff were the best! From cleaning a room on short notice, to helping me find things in the city, to opening doors when I got to the property, to just doing everything really well and with a lot of care, I must say that the staff consistently outperformed my expectations. The hotel is super clean, the rooms are lovely and large. The restaurant had very tasty food. I honestly think this is the best hotel stay I've had in years. Well done, and thank you for everything."
