    "Staff were mostly nice, but overall one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. WiFi didn’t work for 3 days straight, the initial room I was in had blacked out windows, housekeeping doesn’t clean the rooms, the rooms are smaller than a jail cell, there is a 2 inch gap at the bottom of every door. It’s incredibly loud, the lift can be heard throughout the whole hotel every time someone uses it. If you have any other options, do not book this hotel"

    "Do yourself a favor and stay here the rooms are not incredibly updated, but they are incredibly clean and well-maintained and the overall aesthetic of the place is top shelf, but the glowing star of the entire place are the Jamaican staff that run the place you will not find nicer people that are more accommodating and friendly not to mention the café is a 10 out of 10 highly recommend this place also lots of parking"

They do in my out a hold on your card; they actually TAKE the money. There were individual pods available, I don't know why I didn't get one and got a bunk bed one. Disappointing."
