"It has been one of my worst hotel experiences. I arrived for the check-in and the person was on the phone WHILE doing the check-in. Then I went up in the room, it was not in good condition. There are dirt marks on the walls all over. There was a blind stuck in one window, which was thus sealed shut. ..."

"I never write reviews but needed to. The ac was not working and it was 95 degrees out. When we complained they handed us a box fan. The room was clean..beds comfy but the tub was gross. Stay in Boston. A LOT..not here again though"
