"Very cute mountain home, one of the cleanest, well stocked places we have ever stayed in. They really pay attention to detail, and have everything the travelers could possibly need. Home was comfortable. The screened in porch was a favorite of ours. To drink our coffee in the morning,to listening to the river at night. I read reviews about the water pressure and hot water issues. We did not encounter any of those issues. There were several restaurants close by to enjoy. We especially loved going into the Chimney Rock park! Beautiful views! Yes the driveway pulling in is a little challenge, but you are in the mountains, there are no straight roads. We were celebrating our anniversary and the owners left us a bottle of champagne! So nice! You can't go wrong staying here! Highly recommend!"

"Everything was wonderful. Very convenient and a beautiful place to stay. The quick walk down to the dock, was it easily accessible, having canoes and something to do while being there was extremely convenient. The total atmosphere was great. I will definitely be booking more trips here in the future ."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Lake Lure vacation home. From the moment we walked through the door, we were impressed by how exceptionally clean and well-maintained the home was. Every room was spotless, fresh, and beautifully cared for, making it feel welcoming and comfortable from the start.The location was perfect—close to everything we wanted to do and it made exploring the area easy and convenient.The layout of the house was thoughtfully designed and ideal for our group. There was plenty of space to gather together, while also allowing everyone to enjoy their own privacy. The home was both functional and beautifully decorated. And did I say CLEAN? The amenities were outstanding. The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, nice and clean towels, and thoughtful extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen was equally impressive, fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals. Plenty of small appliances, condiments, coffee, trash bags and paper towels. It truly felt like a home away from home.Every detail reflected the owners’ commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-appointed vacation home. We would gladly stay here again!Thank you for an amazing weekend !!"

"We enjoyed staying at Chimney Rock View. The place was clean and neat - a rustic small home that was mountain - bear themed - and we did see bears (outside)! The owners seemed to have everything we needed - and we could bring our dog! We were able to walk down the hill to awesome restaurants and shops. Great location to hike at Chimney Rock Park or travel a short distance to the Lake Lure Beach and Waterpark. It’s at a great location. We love that area - it’s so beautiful. There are steps - not a place for people with mobility issues. There is no dishwasher but that didn’t bother me or my husband. Regardless, we would definitely stay there again and hopefully will."
