"Hallways and elevators were very dirty. Carpet tiles in hallways were coming up. Room was clean, but dated. Beds were surprisingly very comfortable. Pool and hot tub heaters both broken and seem to have been broken for a long time, as algae was growing in the pool after we were told we could try swimming if we wanted (kids wanted to try, didn’t do more than dip their toes in). Check-in is weird. Phone at the desk to call when you want to check in. They did come right away, but it feels weird. Cameras in your face everywhere made it feel like we should be worried about safety. We did not bother with breakfast. We were too scared to see what it would look like. We only stayed for one night on our way to a sports event in Medford. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool. We received a $25 credit from Expedia for the pool being down. Would not stay here again. "

"Difficult to find entrance to property, I had booked a reservation for $50 and was charged $68\. The room was ok other than the was only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 2 wash clothes, the courtesy coffee maker didn’t work and thee biggest problem. No Hot Water, I had to take an ice cold shower. Not impressed at. Will never stay here again."

"Great stay! The place was very pet-friendly, which made traveling with our dog easy and stress-free. The hot tub was amazing and the fireplace made it the perfect spot to relax in the evenings. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back! "
