"A wonderful place with beautiful landscapes! The service from all the staff was phenomenal—Javiera, the receptionist, Maria, the waitress, and the chefs, who cooked exquisite meals. Highly recommended! The week we spent at the hotel was unforgettable. The room cleanliness was excellent, the fireplace in each room was super cozy, and the landscapes were breathtaking and unforgettable. We will be back soon!"

"Absolutely perfect place to rest after doing the W trek in Torres Del Paine. This hotel was beautiful, with real floorboards, great lighting, everything was new, clean and bright, with a nautical theme and rustic touches. The shower was AMAZING, absolute luxury. The service was so pleasant and professional. And breakfast was some of the best we've had in the region. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"The Kau Lodge is a great place to stay. Right kn the ocean, an awesome cafe and outdoors shop on the first floor and the staff is super accompdating to your needs. They ordered us a taxi transfer to the airport, let us store our bags when we did the W trek and we even checked in really late at night and someone was there to help us. The included breakfast was medicore and the rooms a tad small but everything was cozy and comfy and its super close to downtown and other restaurants."
