A 45-square-meter apartment designed for those seeking an authentic mountain experience without sacrificing comfort. The one-bedroom apartment is located in Chiesa in Valmalenco, a 6-minute walk from the Snow Eagle cable car, 3 minutes from a pub, 1 minute from a pizzeria, and 15 minutes from the town centre. Parking is available 20 metres from the entrance.

The Spaces
The kitchen and living room flow into a single, bright open space, meticulously designed with attention to detail to make you feel at home from the very first moment. The master bedroom features a premium mattress with a topper, blackout curtains, and adjustable lighting for a restful night’s sleep after a day of skiing or hiking. In the living room, a sleeper sofa comfortably accommodates up to 4 people in total. A dedicated storage room lets you keep your boots, skis, and gear ready to go: in the morning, just slip on your boots and you’re already headed to the slopes. The bathroom and powder room complete the living spaces.

Comfort
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook just like at home: an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, kettle, pots, and utensils. Two Smart TVs, a washing machine, and a capsule coffee machine (with one capsule per person per day included) make your stay convenient from the very first minute. A set of towels, a cleaning kit and detergents, soap, and a vacuum cleaner are already provided. A cot for infants is also available upon request (for a fee per stay).

Location
Chiesa in Valmalenco is the ideal starting point for both skiers and those who love hiking along the valley’s trails in the summer. A 6-minute walk away is the Snow Eagle cable car, which takes you directly to the heart of the Alpe Palù ski area at over 2,000 metres: 35 km of slopes for all skill levels. You don’t need a car to reach the lifts: just step out the door with your boots already on, and in a few minutes you’re up in the mountains.

In the summer, the same cable car provides access to hiking and trekking trails with views of the Bernina Range, while the village offers restaurants, shops, and the tranquility typical of the authentic mountains just a stone’s throw from the property.
