"Non è un B&B ma un affittacamere come dallo stesso proprietario confermato. La ragione sociale è fuorviante suggerirei perciò di cambiarla. Il servizio di colazione difatti non è incluso/previsto e a differenza di quanto segnalato su Expedia, la pulizia non è giornaliera (in teoria ogni 3gg, ma non ho potuto verificare stando solo 2 notti). "Positiv: - Der abgeschlossene Parkplatz am Haus ist super. - Der (kostenfreie) Strand ist in 2 Minuten zu Fuß über den Garten erreichbar. - Der Garten ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll hergerichtet. - Der Herr des Hauses (Georgio?) ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.
