"Rooms clean. Staff friendly on arrival and departure Saved our bags the next day which was great Only 1 plug in bedroom & 1 in the bathroom - for a family of 3 we managed for 1 night. Eco friendly hotel which was nice to see and makes you use less water etc 20 to funicular. 10 mins from train station No noise from trains which was good "

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had reasonable choice for a small-ish breakfast area but ran out of sine things (we were down towards end of breakfast times though). Room was ok but looked into a roof that covered a lot of the window so could not really see out. A few bits looking tired and need attention although bathroom was clean and modern looking. Great location for Bergamo station and Citta Bassa and buses ho right past hotel to Citta Alta (although not too long a walk either). "

"Wow wow wow fantastic location, place, staff. Very easy to check in and facilities were 5star. The host even recommended a few places to try locally for breakfast and icecream. A bottle of wine and cold bottles of water were waiting for us on arrival. Very happy will book again when in the area. Thank you. "
