The place is really nice and very much worth the price. You can talk downtown in about 25 minutes or drive downtown in about 5 minutes. It is about the same distance to Sierra Nevada Brewing. The place is very nice, clean and has everything you need. The people at the management company are nice enough, if a bit disorganized. For example, after I paid, they asked me for a $150 breakage deposit, stating that it was required, when the listing clearly shows the breakage deposit as $69 and optional. Similarly, when I arrived, I could not find the key pad. I called the number they listed and the woman said, three times, "you need to look for the key pad." No kidding... I was calling because I can't find it. Overall, I would stay again.

Place was perfect for the overnight stay.Down sides on a busy road with lots of noiseKing bed comfortable but squeaked any time you turned and a little claustrophobic for bedroom.
