  • Holiday home on the outskirts of Chiclana de la Frontera, province of Cadiz, Andalucia.

    The house is set in a lovely residential area a few kilometres from the bay of Cadiz, which allows you to rejoice in the leisure activities offered by the city and the quietness of the house. Besides, the wall that encloses the property ensures privacy and safety for the whole family.

    Inside the house, you will have a cosy dining-living room at your disposal, in which you will find comfortable sofas, a fireplace and a dining table that allows the whole family to share their meals. An independent kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub are in the house, as well as two bedrooms. The master one is equipped with a double bed, whereas the other features two bunk beds. Therefore, a family of six can comfortably accommodate in the house.

    The outdoor area features several corners where you and your family can soak up the relaxing atmosphere and rejoice in the warm temperatures of the province of Cadiz. The spacious porch is equipped with two dining tables and, next to it, a pergola ensures that you can cook outside, without being in the direct sunlight. Then, the well-maintained garden and its tall trees guarantee the perfect spot to relax in the shadow. And lastly, the private pool, to refresh whenever you want.

Little house 5 mins drive (30 min walk) to beautiful Barossa Beach and a 3 min walk to the bird/nature reserve across the road. Supermarkets within 5 min drive so easy to get provisions. The garden is large and enclosed (not overlooked) and the pool was a good size and not too cold to swim in despite not being heated. Host was lovely and very friendly but the property is a bit dated - with not much natural light inside.

Die Gastgeber sind unschlagbar, freundlich und kommunikativ und respektieren die Privatsphäre. Die Lage des Hauses ist fantastisch, da es in der Nähe vieler wunderschöner Strände liegt. In der Nähe gibt es viele Aktivitäten, und etwas weiter entfernt gibt es noch mehr. Wir verbrachten auch ein paar Tage im Haus und genossen den Pool und die Terrasse, die fantastisch ist, völlig natürlich und ländlich, voller Pflanzen. Wir haben es wirklich genossen; es war eine wundervolle Erfahrung; die Tage kamen uns so kurz vor.

Supernette Vermieter, schönes rustikales Haus mit allem, was man für einen Entspannungsurlaub braucht. Der Pool ist groß und bietet immer wahlweise einen Sonnen- und Schattenplatz. Die Terasse ist ein kleines Pflanzenparadies. Im Haus ist es gemütlich, die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet. Einige Fenster und beide Türen sind mit Fliegenschutzgittern ausgestattet, so daß die Biester es nicht ins Haus schaffen. Mückenschutz für draußen sollte man aber mitbringen. Insgesamt ein toller Urlaubsort.

Leider liegt das Objekt direkt an der Straße und es war daher recht laut. Das Haus ist im allgemeinen sehr dunkel und es riecht muffig.

Wir hatten hier zwei tolle Wochen. Es hatte die perfekte Größe – sehr gemütlich und komfortabel, ein sehr großer Garten vorne und hinten und der Pool war perfekt. Kaum Mücken (Anfang Juni), keine Mühe, eine einzige Kiefernnadel aus dem Pool zu entfernen. Perfekt positionierter Ausgangspunkt für einfachen Zugang zum Gelände, obwohl, wie man es in der Nähe einer Straße erwarten würde, der Lärm vorbeifahrender Autos über die hintere Gartenmauer hinweg zu hören war. An die Geräuschkulisse haben wir uns schnell gewöhnt! Würde gerne wiederkommen.
