A magnificent place to spend your vacation, located just 170 meters from La Barrosa Beach and its promenade, the main beach of Chiclana, as well as a wide variety of restaurants, bars, and beach bars.   
  
This rental townhouse offers an ideal layout that guarantees comfort and functionality. The living-dining room opens directly onto a spacious furnished porch, making it the perfect spot to enjoy meals, dinners, or a drink, thanks to its proximity to the sea. The independent, fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and connects to a large interior patio.   
  
On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms: the master bedroom, with a 150 cm double bed, air conditioning, and a private terrace; and the secondary bedroom, with two single beds and a large wardrobe. Additionally, this floor includes a full bathroom with a shower. On the ground floor, there is a guest toilet and sink, providing added convenience for guests. It is the perfect space to enjoy a relaxing stay close to the sea.   
  
In the area, you will find numerous options to enjoy and connect with nature. From birdwatching in the natural park to walking or cycling trails, the possibilities are endless. If you prefer water activities, you can practice kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, diving, and sailing. For golf enthusiasts, the region offers several courses, including a municipal practice course.
