La Barrosita .

  • A two-story house in a private gated community in El Real de la Barrosa, accommodating up to 6 people. It features outdoor spaces and common areas perfect for enjoying the nice weather, a community pool open from mid-June to mid-September, gardens, and a parking space.



    It features 3 bedrooms: the first with a 1.80-meter double bed, and the other two with two single beds each. There are two full bathrooms with showers.

    Living-dining room with TV, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and dining area. The layout is completed by a kitchen equipped with everything needed for your stay (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, kitchenware, Italian coffee maker...).

    The house also has air conditioning throughout and a private patio with outdoor furniture for enjoying a meal al fresco. (01/06/2026 - 30/09/2026).

    It is a very good area with easy access to stores and supermarkets. You can walk to Mercadona, Lidl, and nearby restaurants and bars. The urbanization is certainly a highlight, protected with night surveillance team. It has a multi-sports court and swimming pool open from June 15 to September 15.



    The center of Chiclana is only a few minutes away by car and the beach of La Barrosa is only 5 minutes away. The fishing village of Sancti Petri is also less than 5 minutes away by car. At the door of the Urbanization there are bus stops both towards the beaches and to the downtown area.
