We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was clean and well maintained, although it was not quite as spacious as we expected, especially since we booked the Grand Room. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable.
The location was very convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and convenience stores within walking distance.

Better than expected and much bigger than expected. All the amenities are there. It’s next to the trains but we didn’t hear a sound. Very convenient and amazing space for what you get. Love that the toilet is separate from shower and tub. They think of everything from the little details of the things you need

The three person room is unacceptably small. If I had known how small it was before booking, I would have arranged a different hotel. Even for Japan, it is incredibly, incredibly small.
I left something in the room and the hotel was able to ship to my house in Japan, so that was very helpful.
