You can walk to the sandy dunes at West Wittering beach from the house along the beach when the tide is low. If you're in the area for horse racing at Goodwood, the Festival of Speed or The Revival, the venue is only 20 minutes drive from the house. Getting Around: With the beach and village so nearby you won't have a lot of need for traveling around. We find that if you would like to explore the wider Chichester area, a car is best. Otherwise there are bus stops in the village and a train station in Chichester to get around the whole South Coast, with direct links to London too. Fabulous sea views from huge living room windows and from the small balcony. The kitchen looks to have been completely redone and is fresh and new as is the bathroom. The bedrooms are nicely decorated if a little dated but perfectly functional with very comfortable beds. There is a pub next door but even with a band playing the apartment is still quiet.Speaking of the pub, it does great lunches and a huge selection of beverages. There are plenty of alternatives for daytime refreshments within a few minutes walking distance, and evening meals are also well served with a number of restaurants and takeaways. All in all this is a fabulous place to stay. ##### Phil E.
