Great apartment that was spotlessly clean on our arrival. Furnished and equipped to a very high standard with lots of slightly quirky, but amusing touches. Beds were especially comfortable. Easy to locate the property and good parking spot. The only thing we struggled with was the "smart" telly and we could only access BBC and ITV - think you need your own passwords for other channels. The location is excellent with shops and eateries on the doorstep and a 5 min walk to the beach. Bus stop to Chichester a few minutes walk. Would certainly stay again.

Beautiful modern apartment. Spotlessly clean with all mod cons. Great location with short walk to beach and restaurants. Very efficient check in details and good communication with host. Would thoroughly recommend.

#### Goodwood respite

This beautiful and very comfortable penthouse was our quiet respite after a long day at the Festival of Speed/Goodwood. The apartment was well appointed and spacious with lovely balconies to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of East Wittering. The quaint, beach town has a nice mix of places to eat and to grab a drink. Just a head’s up that the apartment has low, angled ceilings and low hanging overhead lighting that can be tricky for us taller folks. If you’re from the States (like us), be aware that there are no instructions for use of the appliances or televisions, so trial and error or looking up user manuals online will be needed…minor inconveniences for an otherwise purely delightful stay.

If you are attracted by the photographs you are not going to be disappointed!! Everything about the property oozed luxury, the decor and furniture are top class (we are just about to move house and if I cant find your wallpaper im going to be very disappointed) Keypads and door security were easy to use, and the agents were on hand to help if there were any questions/concerns. The only slight negative (for us). were the stairs, that said, if you are young and fit this will not be a problem. As my husband said "if you are going to complain about the stairs, don't book a Penthouse" Overall 10/10

#### Very well appointed apartment in the heart of East Wittering

Accomodation was a very clean, spacious and well appointed top floor apartment. The pics are definitely an accurate representation of the styling which is vibrant and fun. The apartment has eaves throughout (as shown in the pics) but is so well laid out that it was not a problem for us The feature balconies made nice nooks to enjoy a snack or chilled beverage and felt very safe even with a boisterous toddler. Altogether a lovely apartment and very close to East Wittering's amenities and well recommended local eats
