"The room selection was a bit misleading. When looking at the rooms online, there was a Family Room 1 King Bed Deluxe room and the picture showed two beds put together, but when we got there, it showed one bed, so we had to pay a fee to switch our room. Also, the housekeeper forgot to put face towels ..."

"This is an older property but still maintained well. The rooms are a nice size however the bathroom are smaller than other Intercontinental I have stayed in. The junior suit is underwhelming."
