1 KING BED + 1 QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA + 1 BATHROOM + BALCONY

This airy, one bedroom suite exudes a mid-century Italian meets sleek urban loft vibe. Pops of color compliment soaring ceilings while sophisticated villa energy lies in the details (picture: terrazzo inspired floors/counter tops and elegant plaster accents).

One king bed features a cushy mattress topped with plush linens.

A queen sleeper sofa provides extra sleep space and/or cozy seating.

The bathroom is equipped with Malin + Goetz bath products, combo washer/dryer, plenty of towels and other essentials (i.e. hair dryer, etc.).

A well-appointed kitchenette comes equipped with a Moccamaster coffee machine (stocked w/ local grounds), stove, dishwasher, fridge and microwave.

The balcony features captivating views of the city, reminding you that you’re in the middle of everything, yet away from it all.

For workers and streamers, the wifi and smart tv are solid.
