A+ stay. Will be back

Great location and amenities. So please to receive a complimentary upgrade and very early check-in. Very centrally located to anything we wanted to see. Only complaints are less than adequate lighting and no fridge in room, but not enough to dissuade me from visiting again. Thanks Hard Rock!

Loved the view!

My husband and I had a great stay at the Hard Rock! The kitchen was open late, the staff were very polite, and the room and hotel itself was very nice.

Staff was the only problem. Elevators need repair.

Rocking!

Posted 25-Mar-2017
We stayed for one night and it was lovely. The beds where very comfortable, and low street noise (floor 23). Only down side was the lack of tea coffee items and a fridge. Only one tea and two coffee pods and only creamer.

Friendly staff and nice location

Cons: Possible to get less firm bed. Back was aching by 3rd day
Stayed here for a 3 day getaway. Location is great and staff was very helpful. The bed was on the firm side which is not my preference but room was spacious.

Quick Trip To Chicago

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Pros: A very comfortable bed. A neat view of Michigan Avenue, looking northward toward the Chicago River and the Tribune building.
Cons: I would have preferred a more comfortable chair in the room
Location: 1/2 mile from Art Institute of Chicago and Buckingham Fountain. Less than 1/2 mile from Millennium Park. Close to the EL.
I took my daughter to Chicago for a couple of days of sight-seeing. This hotel was perfectly located for the main attractions she wanted to see - The Art Institute, Millennium Park and Buckingham Fountain. We parked less than a block away for $58/day - I don't know if that's a good price or not; the cost wasn't important to me, convenience was. The hotel was clean, with perhaps, smallish rooms. The bed was very comfortable, but the modern-design chair was..not so much. Overall - For what we wanted to do, this hotel fit the bill and I'd stay here again.

Nice hotel and location

Posted 23-Mar-2017
Cons: WiFi was 'on and off' throughout my stay. Not a very good signal. Valet parking for the car was VERY EXPENSIVE!
Great experience, staff was excellent, room was clean and bed was comfortable.
