The location was nestled in a residential area within walking distance to the lake, coffee and family living in Evanston just south of downtown. There was loud construction in the building multiple days, as well as boring across the street. Both made it less than an ideal stay, but that wasn’t the fault of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay for 1.5 days while we visited NU as a family. Perfect for a short stay! The pull-out couch was especially comfy for the kids and the nice walk-in closet in the bedroom also served as a changing room for extra privacy. The laundry in the apartment was an added bonus that I didn’t even realize was there before our stay. Street parking was easy and convenient since it was the summer.
