Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the unit during their stay. You’ll be able to access the property through a secure self check-in process with detailed instructions provided before arrival.

Located along iconic Hyde Park Boulevard, this address places you in one of Chicago’s most historic and picturesque areas. The neighborhood is known for its grand early 20th-century architecture, tree-lined streets, and strong academic and cultural presence.



You’ll find a mix of charming local cafés, neighborhood restaurants, bookstores, and everyday conveniences just a short walk away. The University of Chicago adds energy to the area, while nearby parks and green spaces create a relaxed, residential feel.

Getting Around:

Getting around is simple and convenient. Multiple CTA bus routes run nearby, and the Metra Electric line offers a quick ride to downtown Chicago. Lake Shore Drive is just minutes away for easy access by car, and the neighborhood is very walkable with bike-friendly streets and nearby trails along the lakefront.

- We’re happy to host dogs with advance approval. Breed and weight restrictions may apply, so please message us your dog’s breed and weight before booking. Cats are welcome too.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link to complete your reservation details. Through that link, you’ll also have the option to add a $35 non-refundable Damage Waiver.

The waiver provides up to $400 in coverage for certain accidental damage that may happen during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.

Coverage is limited to qualifying accidents and does not include intentional damage, missing items, unauthorized parties or events, excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, negligence, misuse, or house-rule violations.

If you decide not to add the waiver, any damage charges that apply during your stay will remain your responsibility.
