My 2 bedroom River West apartment is in a beautiful and secure brand new

building, just steps to the Grand blue line station, and a quick walk to the

award-winning restaurants on Fulton Market and Randolph Street. Just east of a

historical Italian enclave and well within detection-distance of Blommers

Chocolate Factory, you won't run out of accessible Chicago charm here - and

the proximity to the Loop really can't be beat. Book today!

General Policies:



Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please

include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your

inquiry.



Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis

only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation

without refund.



Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full

duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone

else, please contact us to discuss exceptions.



Parking – Street parking may be available but is not guaranteed. Read all

posted signs to avoid tickets or towing. To secure a spot, use parking apps

like SpotHero or ParkWhiz.



City Noise – Some ambient noise is part of city living.

**House Rules:**



Please respect our home and neighbors. Violations of ANY of the following

rules may result in fines and/or termination of your reservation without a

refund.



1. No parties or unapproved guests - Only registered guests may access the property. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited.

2. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved.

3. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations.

4. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee.

5. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance.

6. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each.

7. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure.

* Guest verification - To comply with legal and security requirements, you may need to sign a rental agreement, provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, and submit a selfie matching your ID.

* Guest screening - Guests must have a positive track record on the booking platform and provide details about their stay and the guests traveling with them.

* AutoHost verification - We conduct additional screening after booking and reserve the right to decline reservations that do not pass verification.

Great stay in the Windy City, excellent location ground level condo. Well stocked with everything you need for a stress free stay. What a cute coffee/tea bar. We would definately stay here again :)

Apartment is spacious with space to hang out and cook. Little on the noisy side, with upstairs foot traffic and street noise. No cable, know your streaming passwords or bring your tv stick.

Overall the place matched the pictures. There is no cable nor local antenna. Bring your tv stick or know your password to streaming apps. WiFi was hit or miss when raining. Apartment is loud with street noise and people over head, somewhat expected in the city. Concierge service is excellent, very responsive to email. A second key and key fob would have been helpful.

I would stay here again, was very convent and nice walkable are to restaurants and cool areas of Chicago. I would suggest to owners to get room darkening shades and heavy curtains to muffle the noise especially in the master bedroom as very close to a major roadway and lightening that can bother you if you need darkness and less noise. Did not sleep well do to this.
