Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Overall was a great stay. The host was easy to reach. I didn't run into any major issues so didn't need to contact them that much. The accommodations appear to be a renovated basement, and it's got a full kitchen/fridge/dishwasher, which was very convenient if you are staying several days like I was. The area that it's located is not the nicest area in the city, but I didn't run into any problems with respect to safety. There is a Jewel Osco that is within walking distance. The power outlets were kind of set up weirdly in the bedrooms. There are none near the bed in one room, and the other bedroom appeared to need the light switch to be on for them to work. I just used a battery bank when I slept (used the bed in the back because it was more isolated). Towels were provided. Linens were clean. Beds were comfortable. No paper towels or tissues were provided. Toilet paper was provided in the bathrooms. Easy check-in and check out process. Overall good experience.
