The front desk clerk at concierge desk around 11pm was the rudest piece of hotel staff trash I ever encountered. European guy. After a terrible 6 hour layover and having to spend $300 on a hotel room in Chicago, nothing worst then a rude hotel staff member. My room key stopped working after spending $100 at the restaurant. I get yelled at hotel staff for having my key next to my cell phone. The way he talked to me, lucky I did not provide an attitude adjustment the old fashion way. It’s 2024 and will stick to charge backs and providing a review on all platforms. He provided no help and refused to get us new cards. Finally the girl at the front desk stepped in and helped. No accountability. With over 15 years working at the Hilton, this was not the way to treat a guest.
