I would highly recommend this property. It’s very convenient, a short walking distance to the convention center if you are attending , and to the fashion outlet for your shopping. The hotel also has free shuttle ride to and from the airport. All staff were nice. Their bed is comfortable and soft. The carpet is clean and doesn’t smell. The bathroom is a very good size. This hotel made our stay an amazing experience in Rosemont IL.

The shuttle service from the Airport back to the hotel never stopped to pick us up. I had to call an uber to take me and my family back to the hotel. I travel alot for work. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I will also never recommend this hotel to any of my aquaintences.
When I called to see what happened to the driver I got put on hold for over 20 minutes. By that time I had gotten an Uber and got a ride back to the hotel. Horrible service.

The stuff is not helpful and careless. We asked a crib but they never sent one to our room. WI-FI sucks and has no signal. No water to drink. The bottled water is 5 dollars each. No swimming poor but they described online that they had an indoor swimming pool. Over 30 dollars for parking. 20 dollars for kid’s buffet in the morning. Stay away from this hotel.

Convenient to the convention center and had a free airport shuttle. So much quieter than other area hotels! Let me check in early. Room was super comfortable!

A great 1-day stay. Great room. Nice gym. And super breakfast
We waited a couple of hours in the lobby for our flight. Close to the airport, 10 minutes
Room service was expensive.

One step above an establishment that charges by the hour. Broken lampshade, dingy tile, dingy towels, took 25 minutes to check in due to nobody at the counter, worn carpet, furniture acquired in 1990, lights that flicker, scuffed walls, no mattress, etc.

Nice hotel has a restaurant onsite which is convenient. I went for a walk and felt safe. Parking was $15 which is reasonable but no in and out privileges
