No maps, staff had limited knowledge on what to do, what to see etc. The description says that it offers of view of the Golden triangle and a river view however with a virtually empty hotel we were put on the third floor with no such view. The place was clean other than toilet was filthy under the rim. And for something really strange the complementary water doesn’t include the bottle. Once upon a time this was clearly a good hotel, but it seems nothing much has been changed in the last 15 years, and the whole hotel could do with some serious rennovation.
