It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. Hotel has a pool table in lobby and free use of bicycles. Very nice bed, comforter and pillows. If your not looking for scenery, a pool, or other amenities, for the price, this hotel offers excellent value. One nice thing was they provided a thermos of warm soy milk in room at evening and gave us fresh cut pineapple when we checked out.
