Hotel is situated near all the fancy nightclubs of ChiangRai, where (very) young locals will flock 21:00 -03:00... no tourists here! Can be a bit noisy till midnight. Very near Central Plaza shopping mall. The drawbacks are it's a couple of kilometers from town, there was no real milk foe coffee at breakfast, and no English language channels on the television.The staff do speak some English, but most not that much.
