I found the stair is quite challenging, 18 steps at one go. Elderly of people with disability are highly unlikely to stay at this hotel. Its dining hall, was open, two sides without any wall. It is quite cold in the morning. Food is acceptable for Thais but having limited choice for non-Thai people. Staff are not willing to get up, most likely to sit most of the time. They are not helpful with information or assistance to clients relating to laundry, public transportation.
