Nice clean hostel.
Nice and clean, tucked away in an alley so you’re away from the noisy streets at night. They have a large common area which was nice and also a gym!

Staff were very nice and helpful. The hostel is very spacious with lots of common space you feel at easy hanging around. Especially appreciate the Chiang Rai map printed by the hostel. That was a plus for sure. The only small problem was with the plug inside the room. You can only use the plug if you switch on the light. I think the intention was good but my phone ended up not charged at all when I thought it was charged overnight. And other people in the room switched on the light for the whole day to charge their phones or other gadgets when they're out.

best hostel in chaingrai
Nice hostel with very reasonable price, good location, quiet, friendly staffs, big restrooms with basic amenities, and open kitchen. I will go back to stay at Mercy again.

for a relaxing stay
Great location couldn't beat it. Very clean rooms beautiful space with nice pool. Very helpful and friendly staff Wifi was pretty bad though. Not a good vibe in the hostel, most people are just on their phones, not social but good if you just want to relax in peace.

it was a really nice chilled hostel. Cool outside area with a view. free tea and coffee, good showers, comfy beds, friendly staff. no breakfast but food cheap enough.

Comfort hostel
Mercy hostel is beside Wat Chet Yod which is one block from the Clock Tower & Night market. It is conveniently located with restaurants, coffee shops, local market within walking distance. The hostel's staff are young & energetic and speaks good english. The room & bathroom were clean and small kitchen offered free coffee in the morning. They hostel also had small no. of bikes & motor bikes for rent at a reasonable price. I shall come again when looking for a place to stay cheap.

Excellent hostel
Excellent hostel, close to city centre - 5 minute walk. Comfortable bed, very clean, good shower, kitchen facilities with free water and coffee, nice outside area by ornamental pond. Very helpful and friendly staff. A great 3 night stay.

My First Time in Hostel
This is an excellent place to stay, it is my first time to stay in a dormitory and I found it is fun. Facilities are very good, bed comfortable, I really had good sleep. Bathrooms and shower rooms are well maintained and modern. I love the kitchen! The sitting area by the pool is relaxing, had your breakfast there one morning and just loved the moments. Just one remark, housekeeping staff just pay attention of details, saw some dust on the floor, need to eye on this small details as the property search really fantastic.

Best in Chiang Rai
Best hostel in Chiang Rai. Clean and stuff are very helpful. Beds are clean and do provide privacy, light and power socket. Nice common area. Bathroom is always clean.

É um bom hostel e recomendo. Porém, há alguns pontos para comentar: o quarto estava sem ar condicionado, tive que pedir pra ligar, dizem ter café da manhá mas é apenas bolacha doce. A equipe é prestativa e a localização é boa, os quartos são limpos, como a limpeza dos banheiros é boa. A localização é excelente. t is a good hostel and I recommend it. However, there are some points to comment: the room was without air conditioning, had to ask to call, they say to have breakfast but it is just sweet biscuit. The staff are helpful and the location is good, the rooms are clean, as the cleanliness of the bathrooms is good. The location is great.

Pretty posh, with nice curtains, free tea coffee and snacks, friendly staff behind the desk 24/7, lots of help with arranging tours. Very good exprience and would definitely come back!

沒話說。24小時櫃檯、游泳池、很完整的旅遊資訊提供、租賃服務。基本設施也都很健全，床也很舒服，是我在泰國旅遊目前最滿意的一次青旅住宿。價格稍稍微高一點但真的很值得！

Muy cómoda la habitación, muy limpia con un baño que hay que destacar. El personal de servicio muy amable y siempre dispuesto, cuenta con una lavadora que a esta altura del viaje se agradece. Su ubicación también es algo que hay que destacar.
