In my opinion, it should not be called a resort, a little misleading. The manager is very helpful and helped us put together a trip to the Golden Triangle. The rooms are large, independent, and clean. The mattresses are very hard and I mentioned it to the manager and they put a soft topper on my bed, so no problem. The included breakfast is a cut above most included breakfasts. The hotel is one level, individual rooms, in a park like setting. We chose this hotel coz we were attracted by the water fountain. However, it did not work for 3 days (we stayed 3 days 2 nites). The resort is quite disappointing, 1, the room is newly decorated and the big smell from painting was disgusting. I told the staff whether he had a fan to borrow, but he gave me an air spray instead. 2 the air-conditioner was bad, 18C makes you feel like 25+. 3\. during breakfast session, they did not cover the fruit and milk and i did not want to eat something that were contaminated by flies and insects. 4\. i cant find a single spot to hang up my clothes. ##### Verified traveller ### 8/10 Good #### Iriana 16 Feb 2016 Liked: Cleanliness, room comfort I only spent one night there and had no chance to explore the area.
