The rooms were very clean and upgraded. I really like the Lana Style decor and trees that separated you from the street. The reception was easy and friendly with a welcome map. We stayed 3 nights and had no problems. It is about a 15 min walk to the old city and there is a 7-11 and laundromat across the street. There was some toast and cornflakes for breakfast, tea and coffee which could be improved since it’s a city full of coffee houses... my only concern was that there was no soap included in the room... shampoo and conditioner but no soap. Seems like a basic toiletry... also has the standard rock hard Thai bed. Loved seeing how Thai people live outside the tourist zone. We still walked to the old city and even to Ping river and the Night market. The owner family of the villa was very nice and acommodating. The only problem we had was road noise (even though it is on a small street, motor scooter noise can be quite bad at times) and so we recommend that you ask for a room at the back for quality sleep at night. L'accueil est super sympas, le gérant et sa fille sont d'une gentillesse et très serviable. N'hésitez pas à leur demander de conseils sur vos séjours. La chambre est juste classe en trek traditionnel thai! Elle sentait toujours très bon ainsi que le linge. Elle est refaite tous les jours. A la fin du séjour le gérant nous a déposés a la station bus sans qu'on lui demande. L'hotel n'est pas loin de la old city (10min de marche), magasin7/11 juste devant ainsi que des restos et cuisine de la rue. Nous avons apprécié ces 3 jours à chiang mai! No tiene ascensor, lo digo como informacion. Los dueños encantadores, la habitacion muy amplia y bonita, Deberían de poner cortinas en el cuarto de baño, Estaba relativamente cerca de la parte antigua.
