The staff are fantastic. The only issue is it is located on a very busy street that is almost impossible to cross. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Even during Songkran, the noise subsided around 9pm and it was a very restful night. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept on. Super friendly staff, specially E who made our breakfast extra special everyday, Fern, who was always attentive and caring about our comfort and needs, and Phoe, who's smile and friendliness made us feel at home. Really everyone was super nice. Just don't remember all their names. We got to spend Thai New Year's Festival, Songkran, at Chian Mai. What a wonderful experience! And the hotel location is perfect for being right in the fun! Will definitely return to Chiang Mai and Villa Alana.
