We had trouble getting the codes for the lock box. For 48 hours they did not reply at all. Their email said they already sent the codes, but they never sent the check in instructions. We had to calm the property office repeatedly. Still never got the codes for our stay. We finally got someone to meet up to get in. Very unprofessional non responsive, zero follow up. During our stay we reached out for 3 days with emails with zero response back. Horrible service.
