In front of it is a 7/11\. Receptionists and stuff members are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is in Asian style, I liked it. The coffee, however, was really bad at breakfast. The location is more far outside from the city center than I imagined - around 40 walking minutes to the north gate of the old town. Now to the biggest contra: For the whole 300 bhat I arranged a transfer at 6 am with the hotel to the airport (10 minutes drive). You can get a taxi for (under) a 100 bhat with any app. I wanted to arrange a transfer with the hotel because I wasn’t sure that I get a taxi at this time. The car was really old and one seat belt wasn’t working. The check in was smooth. I arrived a half hour before the 2:00 pm official check in time, and the staff confirmed my reservation and held my luggage in a secure area so I could shop at the Makro grocery store across the street in the meantime. There were two negative points that I could mention: first (not the hotels fault) is noisy construction directly across the street from my room, and lastly is the very hard mattress on the bed. I usually prefer a firm mattress but but this one is more like sleeping on a rock!
