The WiFi is not working satisfactorily, there were times that I could not gain access to important web sites. TV programmes are lacking, no major news stations are available. The breakfast (not included in the room tariff, we have to pay extra) is basic only. The floorboards are lifting up, the bathroom door is disintegrating due to water damage. The tiles around the bath are full of grim & dirt. The toilet bowl has a dark blue stain around it.
