It is in a good location to the old town and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. There was no elevator or lift but the staff helped with the bags. It was a comfortable stay. Anh (i believe) in reception was so kind , always said hi and bye but also helped me during an emergency when the ATM didnt dispense money. The rooms were as pictured but there are lots of mosquitos and bugs in the property, the only reason to lose a star. They are considerate and aware as they leave mosquito repellent in their lobby for anyone to use. I enjoyed my stay there, but there were a few issues. Walls are a bit thin if you have noisy neighbours that like to slam doors, no pool, no elevator which is an issue if you have bags and are on the top floor, and the owners have a little dog which can be a little barky, and can hear it in reception from the top floor. No breakfast supplied either. However, it was clean, convenient location & fairly cheap.
