Mysigt litet ställe. ##### Torbjörn Stayed 4 nights in Mar 2020 ### 4/10 Poor #### Verified traveller 4 Feb 2020 Disliked: Staff & service #### 很普通的一間民宿 入住當天，我們並沒有要求提早入住，我們中午前就抵達民宿是想先寄放行李，能不能提早進房間我們並不在意，但是到了民宿只有一位泰國工作人員，她聽不懂英文，所以幫我們打給民宿老闆，老闆似乎忘了今天有人訂房，回想一下才說，喔...你是不是從Expedia 預訂的？已經付款完成的！我說我是從Hotels.com 預訂的，我也覺得奇怪，但是核對後，是我的名字沒錯，於是就將電話拿給工作人員，然後她帶我們進房，她與我們毫無一句說明，因為不知道怎麼說英文吧，我們預訂三晚含早餐，她連早餐如何吃？供應時間也沒說，隔天早餐還是我叫我老公下樓看有沒有提供我和小孩才下樓吃，第二天與第三天早上，我都在房間內放了小費，工作人員來了只把垃圾收走，床鋪整理好，廁所的衛生紙完全沒有補充，到了第三天晚上，廁所都已經沒有衛生紙可使用，我覺得服務很糟糕，浴室的牙刷備品也都只給三人份，還好我們有自備，老闆娘感覺對歐美人士友善，對我們倒是扳起一個臉，只有退房時，交了鑰匙給他，勉強笑一笑說謝謝，清邁民宿很多，感覺這間就請一個泰國工作人員忙進忙出的。 ##### Verified traveller Stayed 3 nights in Jan 2020 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Verified traveller 22 Jan 2020 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities Quite easily the nicest place we stayed on our trip to Thailand and Vietnam. It is newly renovated and they used very nice quality materials, linens, etc. in the rooms. It was mostly very quiet, occasionally we heard music but not enough to stop us from sleeping. The hotel is on a peaceful and beautiful alley that also is very safe. There are many places around the hotel to try for dining, coffee, and even if you want to have a few drinks with music. The one area for improvement is the breakfast - nothing really healthy - mostly sugary, prepackaged stuff and very little fresh fruit. The quality of the breakfast definitely didn't match the quality of the accommodation, and I ended up disappointed because after trying it one morning, we didn't eat it any of the 3 nights we stayed, even though we paid for it.
