It is newly renovated and they used very nice quality materials, linens, etc. in the rooms. It was mostly very quiet, occasionally we heard music but not enough to stop us from sleeping. The hotel is on a peaceful and beautiful alley that also is very safe. There are many places around the hotel to try for dining, coffee, and even if you want to have a few drinks with music. The one area for improvement is the breakfast - nothing really healthy - mostly sugary, prepackaged stuff and very little fresh fruit. The quality of the breakfast definitely didn't match the quality of the accommodation, and I ended up disappointed because after trying it one morning, we didn't eat it any of the 3 nights we stayed, even though we paid for it.
